Welcome to the Montrose Senior Center, operated by Golden Circle Seniors, Inc. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults by fostering community connection, lifelong learning, recreation, nutrition, wellness, and volunteer service. Founded in 1986, with community roots dating back to 1972, Golden Circle Seniors has proudly served the Montrose area for more than 50 years. Our organization has grown and evolved while remaining committed to improving the quality of life for older adults.

The Montrose Senior Center fulfills its mission by:

• Providing supplemental food through our community pantry table for seniors who may benefit from additional food assistance

• Encouraging friendships, social connection, and reducing isolation

• Offering educational, recreational, fitness, and wellness programs

• Serving as a trusted source of information and communication for local seniors

• Promoting volunteerism, civic engagement, and opportunities to give back

• Raising funds to support programs, equipment, and special projects that benefit the senior community

Through the dedication of our volunteers, staff, community partners, and supporters, the Montrose Senior Center helps older adults remain active, informed, engaged, and connected. All seniors are welcome to participate in our activities and become part of Golden Circle Seniors. There are no membership dues, and newcomers are always welcome. The Montrose Senior Center is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where older adults can build lasting friendships, discover new interests, stay active, and enjoy a strong sense of belonging.
