Senior Planet Classes
The Montrose Recreation District (MRD) is pleased to be a licensed partner of AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) and its Senior Planet program. Senior Planet is the flagship program of Older Adults Technology Services (OATS), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults thrive in today's digital world. Senior Planet classes provide opportunities for older adults to learn new technology skills, connect with others, explore creative interests, stay active, and gain confidence using digital tools.
Classes are held at the Montrose Senior Center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The registration fee is $5 per class. Fee assistance is available through the Montrose Recreation District, and no one will be turned away due to an inability to pay.
